Director, Quality & Compliance – Grand Junction | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm ScheduleSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmLocation: Grand Junction, ColoradoPay Range: $84,614-93,600 (Exempt)HopeWest is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Director of Quality & Compliance to protect the integrity of our care and the dignity of our patients. You will lead with both clinical empathy and regulatory rigor, ensuring that our compliance frameworks directly support seamless, compassionate care.Job SummaryThe Director of Hospice Quality provides strategic leadership and oversight for hospice quality, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, patient safety, and accreditation readiness. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality initiatives that support exceptional patient care outcomes, regulatory compliance, and organizational excellence. The Director of Hospice Quality collaborates with operational, clinical, and executive leaders to promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and patient-centered care across hospice services.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.At least 5 to 7 years of leadership experience required.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality and compliance required.Experience with regulatory surveys, accreditation, and quality improvement methodologies.
