Position DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading and managing an enterprise-level product program, ensuring alignment between business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery teams. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within the EPR (Enterprise Product/Program) portfolio, driving strategic planning, governance, and execution.We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!.This role is located at a client site in either Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilitiesThis role is responsible for leading and managing an enterprise-level product program, ensuring alignment between business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery teams. The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects within the EPR (Enterprise Product/Program) portfolio, driving strategic planning, governance, and execution.The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage timelines, risks, and resources effectively. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain program momentum, facilitate collaboration, and ensure successful outcomes. A key part of the role involves developing roadmaps, tracking performance metrics, and delivering clear, engaging updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role 8+ years in program management, product management, or a related role would align with this level of responsibility Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders Natural ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts quickly Strategic mindset with the ability to connect high-level goals to day-to-day execution Customer-focused approach with a solid understanding of product thinking Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience presenting to leadership Comfortable leading discussions, workshops, and problem-solving sessions Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics, OKRs, or program performance Proven ability to follow through and deliver results in complex environments Adaptable and quick to learn new concepts or tools Experience supporting or coaching cross-functional teams Basic technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering or product teams Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and ConfluenceEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Other Information:CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
