Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY)

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NY license) for a remote, full-time or part-time position. Key Responsibilities Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and complete required documentation in a timely manner Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address treatment obstacles Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work is required Clinical Social Worker licensure in New York or New Jersey is mandatory A minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience is needed for licensure Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients is essential Must possess a NY or NJ Medicaid number
