Position Summary The Internal Medicine Physician will serve as a core clinical provider delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care to an adult patient population. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patientsConduct detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessmentsOrder, review, and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testingDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and care plansEducate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR systemCollaborate with specialists, referring providers, and interdisciplinary care teamsProvide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing and clinical support staffEnsure compliance with HIPAA, NYS Department of Health, CMS, and payer guidelinesParticipate in population health initiatives and quality improvement effortsBuild and manage a patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal MedicineActive New York State medical license or eligibility for licensureStrong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skillsPatient-centered, team-oriented approach to careComfort with EMR systems and value-based care models preferredEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing and managing a patient panel Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation: $300,000 $500,000 annuallyFlexible weekday schedule with no call responsibilitiesComprehensive benefits packageStrong clinical and administrative support infrastructureOpportunities for leadership, program development, and innovative care initiativesLong-term growth potential within a physician-led organization
