This clientfacing role is central to delivering premium experiences to a top financial sector client. You will own multiple programs at once, driving innovation, operational excellence, and flawless execution from concept through completion.Core ResponsibilitiesArchitect and oversee highimpact conferences, meetings, and signature events that showcase our brand and exceed client expectations.Design polished, executiveready travel agendas and endtoend itineraries.Lead budget strategy, vendor negotiations, and financial stewardship to maximize value and ROI.Manage digital touchpoints-including program websites, presentations, and attendeefacing assets-to create cohesive, engaging experiences.Drive crossfunctional alignment through structured team meetings, proactive communication, and clear project direction.Oversee financial workflows, reporting, and reconciliation with precision and accountability.Apply 10+ years of event or project management expertise within a fastpaced corporate financial environment to deliver bestinclass outcomes.Preferred QualificationsStrong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills. Must be solution oriented. Experience working within the financial industry is strongly preferred.Ability to build and maintain productive client and vendor relationships.Willingness to travel for onsite support as needed.You Should KnowThis role is an office based position in NY, NY.
