Join us and help shape the future of automation!We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to focus on production data analysis and optimization within our growing manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for configuration of the systems and dashboards that help collect, analyze, and interpret production data to improve the visibility of production line performance, identify trends, and pursue opportunities for process improvements. You will play a key role in enhancing operational performance and supporting decision-making by delivering actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in our robotics production and deployment processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform root cause analysis on production bottlenecks and quality issues, providing actionable solutionsEnsure the collection of accurate and reliable data across all stages of productionAnalyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement across manufacturing processesCollaborate with engineering, field operations, and manufacturing teams to apply data-driven insights and optimize workflowsDevelop concepts to grow production capacity and improve material flow at the workcell, production line, and full factory levels (including warehouse)RequirementsStrong experience in industrial engineering, production data analysis, or process improvement rolesExpertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and statistical analysis methodsProven ability to assimilate multiple datasets and generate meaningful insights for process optimizationKnowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutionsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in production data analysis, industrial engineering, or a similar roleOccasional travel to manufacturing or deployment sites as requiredAbility to work in both office and production environmentsDetail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with a passion for optimizing production systems through dataExperience and Skills Preferred:Experience in the robotics, automation, or technology industriesFamiliarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain data flowFamiliarity with Python or other programming languages for data automation and analysis is a plusBenefitsInnovative Environment: Work on cutting-edge robotic systems transforming logistics and automationCollaborative Team: Contribute your expertise and insights to a team committed to improving processes and driving innovationProfessional Growth: Opportunity to work with advanced technologies and gain exposure to the fast-paced robotics and automation industryCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.
