Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Delhi, OH. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and direct the sales operations within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a field sales team, building relationships with clients and distributors, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the promotion of Jac Olivol’s products in the region. Qualifications Proven skills in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targetsExpertise in client relationship management, territory management, and team leadershipProficiency in analyzing market trends and leveraging insights to identify opportunities for growthStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to meet business objectivesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in consumer goods or Ayurvedic/healthcare products is a plusWillingness to travel within the designated territory as needed
