Water Damage Restoration Technician

Water Damage Technician (IICRC Certified) Lilly’s Restoration, a rapidly growing, privately-owned full-service restoration company based in Warren, MA, is currently seeking new team members. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Water Damage Technician. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality water mitigation services Water extraction and drying equipment setup/monitoring Demolition tasks, including removing damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring Debris removal and job site cleanup Set up containment and remediation equipment Follow company drying procedures Lead a work crew effectively Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required IICRC certification Valid Massachusetts driver’s license (held for at least 3 years) Reliable transportation to and from work Clean and well-groomed appearance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics) Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Willingness to work on-call, including some weekends and evenings Preferred candidates will live within 30 miles of Warren, MA Join our team and help restore homes and properties with quality care.
