Job description: We are seeking a talented Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. If you are passionate about process engineering and have a strong background in areas such as robot programming, robotics, CNC, and project scheduling, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet quality and production goals - Utilize your expertise in robot programming and robotics to automate processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing processes - Lead projects involving CNC machining, GD&T, and CAM programming - Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce waste - Apply quantum engineering principles to innovate manufacturing processes - Conduct weld analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of robot programming, robotics, CNC, and project scheduling - Familiarity with GD&T, CAM programming, and quantum engineering concepts - Ability to lead projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization Schedule: 8-hour shift Work setting: In-person / In the field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,352.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 5 years Schedule: Monday to Friday Work setting: In-person In the field Manufacturing facility Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Process engineering: 5 years (Required) Manufacturing environment: 5 years (Required) Robot programming: 3 years (Required) CNC: 2 years (Required) GD&T: 3 years (Required) CAM programming: 3 years (Required) Quantum engineering: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Random Lake, WI 53075: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
