Come join our team.As the Supervisor, SEM, you will be the day to day account lead on assigned SEM accounts working to lead innovation for the industry and our clients. You will work closely with your assigned team of Analysts as well as media, analytics, and other account management teams to ensure client goals and expectations are met and/or exceeded.Responsibilities:Oversee the development of SEMYouTube, and Contextual and analysis for assigned clientsWork closely with team to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding performance goalsLead client strategy and reporting callsBuild, maintain and grow client, vendor and partner agency relationshipsManage workflow of junior team members to ensure client deliverables meet deadlinesDevelop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and how SEM plays a role in achieving brand goalsWork with department leads to build out, improve and evolve SEM processes, capabilities and deliverablesAnalyze data in order to make optimization recommendations to be implemented by junior team membersWork closely with partner agencies when necessary to align on strategy and optimizationsMentor and teach junior team members a best practice approach to SEM and ContextualAbility to perform keyword research, write ad copy and optimize campaigns when neededPartner with analytics and media teams to develop KPIs and measurement plansStay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace through research and/or industry events and conferencesActively contribute to Thought Leadership pieces addressing updates that could impact CMI and our clientsKnowledge of organic search ranking factors with the ability to make recommendations on HTML optimizations a plusAbility to identify opportunity for SEM, SEO and Social Media integration and/or collaborationLead development and onboarding for new hires and direct reportsRequirements:4+ years experience in managing Paid Search accountsStrong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaignsExperience with mentoring, managing and team developmentAbility to make recommendations based on statistically significant data setsStrong web analytics background and project management skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables), and Power PointKnowledge of Web Analytics software, such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics and bid management tools like Search Ads 360Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, or any related fieldsPassion for working in a fast-growing healthcare media agencyHealthcare/Pharmaceutical background a plusGoogle Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 certifications a plusContextual, video and/or programmatic experience a plusThe base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
