Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Property Accountant. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for managing and preparing financial statements, journal entries, and reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to financial planning and analysis for property-related accounts. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Expertise in Accounting, Finance, and Journal Entries (Accounting) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting software and understanding of property management systems Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote environment Prior experience in property or real estate accounting is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
