MicroStrategy Administrator

Overview:We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Platform Administrator to support and modernize enterprise BI environments.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:Install, configure, upgrade, and support 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 environments across on-prem and AWS platformsManage platform health, monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimizationSupport 𝗔𝗪𝗦-based BI platforms including 𝗘𝗞𝗦, 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁, 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, and Customer Managed Cloud environmentsAdminister 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 workspaces, report delivery, governance, and platform integrationsConfigure and maintain 𝗟𝗗𝗔𝗣/𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 integration, user provisioning, security roles, and access controlsAutomate deployments and operational processes using 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, Python, or Shell ScriptingPerform root cause analysis and resolve critical production issues in enterprise BI environmentsPartner with Infrastructure, Database, Cloud, and Analytics teams to improve platform reliability and scalabilityCreate and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and support standards𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:6+ years of hands-on experience with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻Strong expertise with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, and 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻Experience supporting 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 including 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and GovernanceStrong experience with 𝗔𝗪𝗦 including 𝗘𝗞𝗦, 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁, 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, and 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗦𝗤𝗟Hands-on experience with 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅/𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘅 AdministrationStrong 𝗦𝗤𝗟 and 𝗣𝗟/𝗦𝗤𝗟 skillsExperience with 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 and/or 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺Experience with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 (𝗖𝗠𝗖)Excellent 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 skills𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱:Current or recent 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 industry experience𝗔𝗪𝗦 Certifications𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 Certifications𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 or 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
