Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Psychologists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. (PT and FT) * Malpractice Insurance Provided * PTO & Holiday (Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: * Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility. * Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. * Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient. * Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR). * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Requirements: * Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology for an accredited institution. * Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in State applying for. * Effective oral and written communication in English * Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR). * Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance. * Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes. * Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day. * Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting. * History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. * Psych or Addictions experience is a plus. * Excellent time management and organizational skills.
