Through data-driven pricing strategies and market analysis, the organization works to maintain competitive pricing while supporting sustainable business growth.About the OpportunityThe Pricing Analyst supports pricing integrity and profitability across selected service lines by analyzing market trends, employment data, cost inputs, and internal performance metrics. This role partners with National Sales and Account Management teams to develop pricing proposals and strategies that influence pay and bill rates nationwide. The position contributes directly to gross margin growth, competitive positioning, and effective pricing decisions.Responsibilities• Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models.• Assist in developing National Account strategies using market and internal data analysis.• Support the National Sales team with market analysis and pricing activities outside of RFP-related work.• Collaborate with Proposal Writers and Sales teams on Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.• Monitor industry developments and market trends through relevant information sources.• Advise National Sales on pricing actions that support gross margin growth.• Monitor cost inputs and conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate pricing impacts.• Present quarterly pricing analyses with key insights and recommendations.• Lead pricing-related projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies.• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience; compensation or pricing strategy experience preferred.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess margins, and implement pricing changes.• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Collaborative and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn new systems and applications.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Amazon QuickSight.• Ability to resolve complex problems and identify opportunities for process improvement.• Team-oriented mindset and strong learning agility.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Annual salary range of $53,900–$67,400, depending on experience and geographic location.• Actual compensation will meet or exceed applicable state-specific minimum wage or salary requirements.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Company-matching 401(k) plan.• Paid time off, including 6 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, and up to 20 days of PTO annually.• Employee Stock Purchase Program.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
