Production Supervisor

Job description Along with base salary an employee can earn up to $100,000k/year with support of overtime and profit sharing. Production Manager is responsible for seeing that everything we ship to our customers is accurate, on time, and protected and that all that we receive is what we ordered and is not damaged. Our P.M. manages two to four fabricators to coordinate the on “timely-ness” of our product in an efficient manner by properly training and educating the fabricators to be the best. The Job Title is Production Manager, which emphasis is more on the production side with this individual expected to do some of the Fabrication. Being able to read a print and convert it into a finished product will be important too.
