Electrical Sales Representative

Job Description We are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in a performance-based environment, builds strong customer relationships, and has a solid understanding of electrical systems and upgrades.Responsibilities:Conduct in-home or on-site assessments to determine customer needsPresent electrical upgrade options, panel replacements, rewires, EV chargers, lighting solutions, and other servicesPrepare detailed proposals and follow up to close salesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products, codes, and best practicesCoordinate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project executionMeet or exceed individual sales targetsRequirements:Proven experience in electrical sales or electrical field knowledge (required)Strong communication, presentation, and closing abilitiesAbility to evaluate electrical systems and provide accurate estimatesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and professionalValid driver's license and reliable transportationProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitudeCompensation:Commission-only position** with high earning potentialUnlimited commissions above performance thresholdsNo cap on incomeCompany DescriptionAt AAA Calvert, we prioritize reliability, integrity, and exceptional service for our Long Beach area customers.
