Trainers will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and educating new commercial drivers to ensure safety and operational efficiency consistent with company standards. Day-to-day activities include leading classroom training, providing hands-on equipment operation instruction, monitoring trainees’ performance, and promoting compliance with all safety and transportation regulations. Trainers will also perform evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help trainees succeed in their roles.QualificationsProven experience with Class A commercial driving and comprehensive knowledge of trucking industry regulationsStrong ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with new driversExceptional safety awareness and skills in promoting and maintaining compliance with industry safety standardsProficiency with vehicle inspection and equipment operation proceduresOrganizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedbackPatience and professionalism while working with trainees of varying experience levelsMust possess and maintain a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving recordPrevious training or instructor experience is a strong advantageCall me @ 601-850-2183 or apply online : https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/c/totaltransms?r=JamesPeck
