In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services tailored for the banking and digital identity management sectors. Your expertise will contribute to building robust, high-performance applications that support critical banking operations, including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), risk assessment, and fraud prevention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of microservices architecture, API development, and cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, with locations based in Coppell, TX, or New York, NY. As part of our innovative team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including QA, support teams, and business units, to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong background in the banking domain, CIAM, and IAM systems. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST API development, Kafka, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL is essential. A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in agile environments, and a commitment to writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
