Admin & Support Specialist (Lithia Springs)

TITLE: Admin Support SpecialistReport to: Operations/Customer Support ManagerFLSA Status: Full Time /OnsiteWho are we?LEEDARSON is a high-tech corporation that specializes in the R&D and production of Internet of Things (IoT) products consisting of sensors, controls, cameras, and smart appliances, along with connected and non-connected LED bulbs, fixtures, luminaires, light sources, and more.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Leedarson Support Specialist will be responsible for After Sales Customer Service, assist in the Shipping & Receiving departments as well as assist with the Inventory Management System to ensure needs of the warehouse are met.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as first point of contact for end user customers by answering customer questions, providing technical support and product information.Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner and route escalated issues to appropriate personnel for assistance.Maintain professional, service-oriented relationship with external Customer Care Team to resolve customer issues.Track, follow-up and resolve customer's outstanding issues in a timely fashion.Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledgeCommunicate customer feedback to Customer Support Manager/Account Manager to develop processes for better serving customers.Assists in verifying customer orders are accurate before shippingAssists in sample and warranty replacement shippingAssists in maintaining warehouse and office supplies levelsAssists in maintaining inventory by performing periodic inventory cycle countsRecords and reports damaged inventory in a timely mannerAssists in special projects and product testingSupport both the shipping and receiving departments by verifying orders before they ship when neededRTV ManagementHelp in preparation of sample shipments to HQPrep orders to give to the warehouse crewAssist warehouse admin as neededQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma2+ years' experience Customer Service and Administrative Support2+ Logistic experienceAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesprevious customer service experienceorganizational and coordination abilities,excellent communication and interpersonal skillskeen on working in a fast-paced environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and sit; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear; and bend and stoop. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The position requires the ability to lift more than 35 to 50 lbs.
