We are passionate about quality craftsmanship, timeless design, and creating an exceptional experience for our clients from concept to completion. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Builder / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with clients and trades, and takes pride in delivering beautiful homes with excellence. Position Overview The Builder / Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and the internal design team. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously Oversee daily job site operations and maintain construction schedulesCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and materials Ensure homes are built according to plans, specifications, and company and city standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment Monitor project budgets and assist with cost and quality control Conduct quality control walkthroughs throughout each phase of construction Communicate project updates with clients and internal team members Identify and proactively solve construction challenges in the field Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations Assist with final punch lists and project closeout Responsible for warranty on all previous completed homesQualifications Experience in residential construction management or home building preferredStrong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing Excellent organizational and time management skills  Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient with construction management software and technology Experience with Buildertrend is preferred, or willingness to learn and use the platform effectivelySelf-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to manage schedules and deadlines effectively Preferred Qualities Highly detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential construction challenges before they become issues Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially when coordinating complex custom home features and unique architectural details Ability to think ahead, communicate proactively, and maintain a high standard of execution throughout every phase of construction Passion for luxury residential construction and design Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to build relationships with clients, trades, and vendors Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think ahead •  True team player who enjoys collaborating closely with the design team, clients, vendors, and trades to bring highly custom and luxury homes to life Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in where needed and contribute to a collaborative, solution-focused environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid time off Opportunity for growth within a growing luxury home building company Collaborative and creative work environment To Apply Please send your resume, relevant experience, and any project portfolio or references to info@bearcreek.homesWe are excited to find someone who is passionate about building exceptional homes and creating an incredible client experience.
