Security Guard

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff at our nightclub. The ideal candidate is alert, confident, and able to handle high-energy nightlife situations while providing strong customer service and enforcing venue policies. Key Responsibilities Check guest identification at entry points to ensure compliance with age requirements Enforce club policies, dress code, and behavior standards Monitor entrances, exits, and all interior/exterior areas of the venue Control crowd flow during peak hours and special events De-escalate conflicts and manage disruptive or intoxicated guests Remove or deny entry to individuals violating club policies Respond quickly to emergencies, including medical incidents or disturbances Conduct regular security walkthroughs of the venue and parking areas Monitor surveillance systems when applicable Assist with closing procedures and ensure safe exit of all guests Document incidents and complete detailed reports as needed Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary Qualifications Prior security, law enforcement, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments Professional appearance and attitude Must be dependable and punctual Ability to stand for long periods and work nights/weekends Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
