This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.What You Will Be DoingAs a Floral Manager, you will direct and control the operation of the Floral Department, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality, freshness, and selection. You will lead a team by supervising, motivating, and training personnel, while managing inventory, merchandising, and seasonal promotions. This role combines creativity with leadership, as you will design custom floral arrangements, create effective displays, and maintain compliance with company standards.You will play a key role in driving departmental sales and profitability, managing costs, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
