Your primary responsibilities will include:Directing and performing final sub-grade preparation and form construction for concrete placement.Removing forms, directing operators, loading and unloading equipment, tools and materials.General duties as required to satisfy the overall purpose of the jobWhat We're Looking ForAbility to layout per plans and specifications.Proficient in installing forms for walls, curbs, gutters, flatwork and erecting scaffolding in a safe manner.Capability to read elevations and set forms to the desired elevation.A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethicMid-Level Experience (4 - 7 years)Construction Form Setter Physical DemandsWorking Conditions For The Construction Form Setter IncludeRestricted and repetitive movementDirty environment and extreme temperaturesHeavy lifting or carryingContinuous bending and kneelingStanding for long periodsExposure to extreme noiseKey Results: Zero incidents of safety violations, Conduct weekly safety audits.
