Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Account Manager located in McAllen, TX. The Parts Account Manager will handle customer inquiries, manage and process orders, build strong client relationships, and ensure prompt and accurate service for HVAC replacement parts. The role requires maintaining an organized workflow, coordinating between internal departments, and identifying sales opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including responsiveness and the ability to build relationshipsExperience in order processing, attention to detail, and organizational skillsKnowledge of HVAC parts and equipment is preferredBasic proficiency in communication and sales techniquesAbility to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environmentProficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with order management softwarePrevious experience in an account management role or similar is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
