Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures in a fast-paced environment Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability in food service roles with a focus on fine dining or high-volume environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, cashiering, sanitation practices, and general restaurant operations Familiarity with food industry standards for safety, cleanliness, and hospitality excellence Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating lively dining experiences!
