Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta - Tsuta Ramen is looking for Kitchen Crew (Back Kitchen) to join the world's first Michelin-star ramen eatery for its newest location in Singapore! We are looking for candidates who can successfully work in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands, especially during meal rushes. Crew members must maintain a high standard of cleanliness along with preparing orders according to instructions and company standards.Job Duties Include:Prepared food according to the company standard (soup, eggs, char siu and ect.)Prepared Mise en place (sauce, vege, tea, rice and etc.)Prepared and cook all the food follow to the company SOP and recipeProvide standards and hygiene is maintained for their respective stationsProvide smooth operation work flow for their respective stationsReport duty to CDP on the section or restaurant managerSingaporeans and PRs only
