Growing together.Location: Southwest Medical Oakey Healthcare Center - Las Vegas, NVPrimary Responsibilities:Collection and documentation of patient information to include vital signs, chief compliant, review of medications, allergies health risk screen information, status of extended care benefits and other servicesProvide clinical intervention such as drug administration, treatments, and procedures as ordered by provider and within scope of practiceAssist with phone calls and messagesDetermine best actions and collaborate with team to assign accountabilities to resolveParticipate in monitoring patients with chronic disease and extended care benefits including verification of eligibility and status of servicesAnticipate provider needs for patient exam or treatment in collaboration with RNAssist RN with the coordination and completion of patient care planAssist coworkers with duties when requested to include training of medical assistants and assisting in areas as neededCompliance requirements such as laboratory QC management, waive testing, maintenance of crash cart and narcotic count as well as other requirements dictated by clinic needsGather medical information as needed to present cases to ITDs as requiredOther responsibilities as requiredYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDCurrent, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license upon expiration of temporary NV LPN licenseCurrent CPR / BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)IV certification / experience or willing to obtain upon hire1+ years of clinical experience as a LPNPreferred Qualifications:1+ years working in Primary Care with HEDIS understandingElectronic Medical Records (EMR) experienceImmunization and injection experienceSolid customer service experienceBilingual in English and SpanishPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
