Systems Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Support enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services for mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) environments. Administer, configure, and support Microsoft enterprise technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Certificate Authority/PKI. Manage enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring data resiliency and compliance with DoD standards. Design and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). Implement and maintain Data-At-Rest (DAR) encryption solutions and ensure systems align with DoD cybersecurity compliance. Deliver secure, high-performance capabilities including VoIP, VDI, mobile computing, and video teleconferencing.What You'll Need 12+ years of experience with enterprise systems engineering in a DoD or secure environment. Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization platforms, or cloud services. Experience with SAN, HCI, and backup or DR architectures. Experience supporting deployable or tactical IT environments. Experience with DoD cybersecurity compliance, including RMF or STIGs. TS/SCI clearance required. Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date.What's On Offer Competitive salary range of $86,900.00 - $198,000.00 annually.
