This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of progressive experience, particularly in leading teams of developers both onsite and offsite, and overseeing projects that involve architecting, designing, and developing complex applications.We are seeking a candidate who has a deep understanding of both back-end and front-end development, service-oriented architecture, and high-traffic websites, with experience integrating various 3rd party applications. In particular, expertise in the cruise industry would be a huge plus. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years as the head of in-house development and will have lead multiple critical projects modernizing IT portfolios.
