Mom & Pops is a well-established quick-service grill and convenience store. A longtime local favorite, the store is known for its made-to-order meals, friendly service, and consistent quality. As part of the Palmetto Propane family, Mom & Pop's upholds a strong commitment to community, reliability, and customer care.We're seeking a reliable and customer-focusedCrew Member to support daily store operations, ensure accurate transactions, prepare food safely, and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:• Receive payments by cash or credit card,• Accurately count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.• Prepare and cook made-to-order food items while following food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.• Stock and replenish merchandise and food items as needed.• Assist with inventory control and proper rotation of perishable items.• Answer customer questions and provide helpful, friendly service.• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:• Weekend Availability (required)• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.• Prior cashier, cook, or customer service experience preferred.• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week.Disclaimer & Approvals:The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
