Junior Business Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM)Job Duties: Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements. Schedule and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and review information. Documentation and Analysis: Document detailed business processes related to the customer billing system. Analyze current access controls and identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive documentation of requirements for role-based access control (RBAC). RBAC Development: Assist in designing and implementing RBAC within the customer billing system. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure proper integration and functionality of RBAC. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance security and efficiency. Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory and compliance requirements. Testing and Validation: Participate in testing to validate the implementation of RBAC. Document and address any issues or discrepancies found during testing. Training and Support: Assist in creating training materials for end-users on the new RBAC system. Provide support to stakeholders during the transition to the new access control process.Qualifications: Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Basic understanding of identity and access management principles. Familiarity with financial internal controls related to Sarbanes Oxley Section 404. Familiarity with customer billing systems is a plus.Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related work experience. Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) implementation. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to IAM. Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools.
