This position plays a key role in driving operational transformation through system support, training, and on-site implementation assistance.This is a hands-on, onsite opportunity to contribute directly to warehouse modernization initiatives, support system deployments, and help train and enable end users across warehouse office and floor operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSmart Connected Warehouse SupportProvide production support for warehouse facilities utilizing modern and connected warehouse solutionsSupport the deployment of new SCW system capabilities as they are developed and releasedTroubleshoot and resolve issues during warehouse system implementationsTraining & Implementation SupportCreate training documentation for warehouse office staff and floor personnelConduct end-user training on warehouse management systems and new processesPrepare facilities for Parts IT Modernization (PITM) implementationsDirectly support operators during system rollouts and post-implementation stabilizationOperational & Technical CollaborationWork collaboratively with internal customers, warehouse teams, and project stakeholdersSupport warehouse operations in the use of technical tools and IT systemsAssist in driving process improvements tied to new warehouse management technologiesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience working within an Operations and/or Engineering functionStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work onsite in an active warehouse environmentPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience working in warehouse or other operational environments3+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting operationsExperience training personnel on processes and best practicesExperience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systemsJ-18808-Ljbffr
