We have also been named a Best-in-Class Employer by Gallagher.Veterans, you are encouraged to apply if you meet the requirements of this role!This is a hybrid positionResponsibilities:Manages billing processes for invoice payment, including detailed review of all media buys, as well as ad agency estimates and purchase agreementsVerifies that all media invoices align with approved media buys and all TV and/or radio spots ran in programming or daypart purchased, with correct creative, correct cost per spot/impressionUtilizes Financial Accounting System, Dynamic AX to create annual purchase agreements and purchase ordersProvides clarification and communications to senior management on billing-related mattersWorks closely with advertising agenciesRequirements:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experienceKnowledge of budget managementKnowledge of financial reporting and analysisSkills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingAbility to pay close attention to detailsHiring Rate: $61,804 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)Closing Date: May 1, 2026J-18808-Ljbffr
