We're seekingNurse Practitioners(NO PA's)for a flexible PRN 1099 role completingin-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).for Medicare Advantage members. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities.Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Additional pay includes $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows and a$250 flat-rate paid training .What you'll do:Complete in-home HRAs; review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors; perform basic physical and mental health evaluations; provide preventive care education; and document visits using a company-provided iPad / EMR platform.Why clinicians like it:Flexible scheduling, autonomous work, no prescribing, no on-call, no follow-up care, mileage reimbursement after 20 miles in a day at the standard IRS rate, andfast onboarding in 5-7 days .Requirements:Active NP license required.No PAs .
