School-Based SLP | Callao, Virginia

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential support to elementary-aged students for the 2026-2027 school year in an in-person, full-time capacity located in Callao, VA.Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students.Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff.Deliver direct therapy services and provide classroom-based support when appropriate.Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences. Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain.ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.Experience working with elementary-aged students is beneficial.Knowledge of current assessment tools, therapy techniques, and educational regulations.
