5 - 10 yrs of related exp. Strong hand graphic skills in addition to AutoCAD and the ability to communicate design through hand drawings. Project Management, client relations and project team collaboration experience. Experienced, proficient designer with expertise in outdoor designs, urban design, entitlement and permitting process, and construction documentation including grading and construction detailing . Must demonstrate excellent writing and oral presentation skills. Ability to adjust to dynamic project priorities. Strong Collaborator The chosen candidate will be a conceptual designer with expertise in master planning and site design that can take projects from inception throughout the construction details. Will pay base + commission. Pay range of $75,000 - $85,000 This is a smaller base with emphasis on commission.
