We are seeking a passionate individual to assist users in answering high-level questions about art as an asset class and help convert website users to active investors.This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, has the drive to excel in a start-up/fintech environment, and has experience going above and beyond for their customers. We would love a candidate with an interest in art, but certainly not required. Our ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.Responsibilities~400 outbound calls per day to current investorsSpeaking to the inner workings of Masterworks, explaining art as an asset classScheduling investor appointments with the Investment Advisor teamEffective follow-ups with investors who are lukewarm but not yet soldRequirements Or Skill Sets1-2+ years of sales experience1+ years of experience in financial services preferredStrong understanding of financial marketsStrong interest in selling alternative investmentsStrong sales and relationship management skillsHighly organized, results-driven personalityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional RequirementsMust be able to work full timeMust be eligible to work in the USBenefits At MasterworksFree admission to art museums and galleriesHealth, dental, and vision coverage with FSA optionsPTO and 401kCompensation Range: $65,000-80,000
