This team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, reliable network connectivity, while partnering closely with Architecture, Security, and Risk organizations to ensure infrastructure meets performance, stability, and regulatory standards.In this role, the Network Engineer will focus on vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives within a major enterprise program. This includes supporting efforts to ensure network infrastructure aligns with established security standards through patching, upgrades, and configuration management, while maintaining stability in a production environment.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Validate and remediate network vulnerabilities identified through enterprise scanning processesEnsure network infrastructure complies with defined security baselines and configuration standardsPerform impact analysis and determine applicability of vulnerabilitiesExecute remediation activities (patching, configuration changes, upgrades)Support change management processes for production deploymentsMaintain documentation to support compliance reporting and audit readinessPartner with NOC and Engineering teams to validate fixes and ensure stabilityTrack assigned remediation tasks and meet defined SLAsRequired Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or network engineering roleStrong foundational knowledge of routing and switchingExperience troubleshooting production network environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring and ticketing systemsPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to vulnerability management or compliance processesExperience with Cisco and/or Arista platformsBasic scripting or automation experienceAbout Us:Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
