Senior Software Developer - Node/React

As a senior software developer - Node/React at Level20, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions, with a focus on financial technology projects. In this role, you’ll work on front-end and back-end development, cloud-native application architecture, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and automation. You’ll also collaborate with the technical lead, architects, and technical and business partners to ensure the solution is adaptable to evolving needs. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment that aligns with Progressive's culture and Level20's innovative mindset. This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday). Minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications. In lieu of the above, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
