Fiber Program AnalystLocation: Tucker, GAPay Range: $50/hr+ (Higher based on experience)Position Summary: Seeking a Fiber Program Analyst to support a portfolio of telecommunications infrastructure projects including fiber optic networks, broadband deployments, transport systems, and communications infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on project tracking, resource planning, budget monitoring, KPI development, workload forecasting, and portfolio reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Track schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project performance across multiple telecommunications projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, workload forecasts, resource plans, and budget reportsCreate and manage KPI dashboards, executive reports, and portfolio performance metricsMonitor project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverablesSupport fiber optic, broadband, wireless, and communications infrastructure programsCoordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendorsAnalyze project and portfolio performance and provide recommendations to managementSupport continuous improvement efforts related to project controls, reporting, and portfolio management processesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in project analysis, project controls, program management, telecommunications, engineering, utilities, construction, or related analytical rolesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience supporting multiple concurrent projectsAbility to develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and project performance metricsPreferred Qualifications:Telecommunications, broadband, fiber optic, or utility infrastructure experiencePrimavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, SQL, Access, or Power Automate experiencePMP, CAPM, PgMP, Primavera P6, or similar certificationsExperience with portfolio management, workload forecasting, and KPI developmentApplication Disclaimer: You don't need to meet 100% of the job requirements to apply.
