As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure the highest level of patient care across the organization. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing nursing policies, supervising nursing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading infection control initiatives. You will also provide training, evaluate performance, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient and staff outcomes.QualificationsStrong expertise in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and guide a diverse nursing teamProficiency in Infection Control practices and protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staffComprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Nursing practices in a healthcare settingExperience in Long-Term Care, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and sustaining a high standard of careEffective leadership, organizational, and communication skillsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licenseProven ability to maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
