IT Systems Analyst

IT Systems Analyst IT Systems Analyst will serve as an analyst for one or more IT processes with responsibility for data management, process measurement, and continuous improvement. Specifically, provide application and system administrative support for the Asset Management practice.Performance Objectives for the First 12 Months:Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise at client and industry standards related to Asset Management.As a core member of the Asset Management team, understand and document current and future state capabilities.Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Analyze operations processes to identify gaps in data collection, data integrity, and process, and recommend actions to address.Develop and baseline the metrics required to measure process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, including the voice of the customer, and set improvement targets.Develop roadmaps and execute plans to attain roadmap and metric targets.Track and publish adherence to standard work required to ensure successful execution of the assigned process or processes.Manage, resolve, and prevent data management and process problems that impact client's ability to conduct business effectively.The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:Develop and maintain documentation for Asset Management processes, including roadmaps, process documents, work instructions, standard work, and metrics.Execute day-to-day work and responsibilities for Asset Management processes, ensuring attainment of measurement targets.Develop and publish process metrics, identifying issues, impediments, and opportunities for improvement.Identify, plan, and execute service and process improvements.Oversee execution of standard work required for process success.Required Knowledge and Skills:Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated record of developing, documenting, and adhering to business and IT processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service and satisfaction.Good interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, service management tools, and reporting tools.
