Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:Accounts PayableMaintain vendor information tablesMaintain vendor compliance including W9 and Certificate of Insurance (COI)Enter incoming vendor invoicesResponsible for vendor invoice approval workflow to ensure policy compliance and General Ledger (GL) coding accuracyPrepare vendor payments via both check and Automated Clearing House (ACH)Maintains positive pay programs with the bank for both checks and ACHsReconcile vendor statements to current balances in NetSuiteResponsible for balance sheet recons in NetSuiteSubmit annual 1099 tax forms.Purchase CardsAdminister Amazon business accountAdminister purchase credit card program (Ramp)Maintain sync between ERP software, NetSuite, and purchase card software (Ramp)Responsible for balance sheet recons for credit card liabilityGeneral AccountingMonitor cash boxes and make change as neededReconcile Owner pass thru clearing accountsBooks expense accruals and reconcile associated accountsBooks prepaid expense and reconcile associated accountsSupportive FunctionsAssists with other duties as requested or assignedSupervisory & Training ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
