Senior E-Learning Developer

A company is looking for an E-learning Developer. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging e-learning, interactive modules, simulations, and blended learning programs Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business and learning needs into effective instructional solutions Lead instructional strategy and ensure alignment with adult learning principles and performance goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field; Master's preferred 10+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning program leadership Strong expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and multimedia production technologies Deep understanding of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and learning evaluation Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
