Orchards Cannabis MarketWe're hiring! Orchards Cannabis Market is seeking a Budtender to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This role requires flexibility, especially for evenings, weekends, and holidays , which make up the majority of scheduled shifts.Responsibilities – include but are not limited to: Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism, compassion, and product knowledgeMaintain strong working knowledge of cannabis strains, products, consumption methods, and compliance rulesAccurately use and maintain the POS (Point of Sale) system, including all cash handlingEnsure all customer interactions follow ID verification and proper documentation proceduresAnswer phone calls and greet walk-in customers in a friendly, timely mannerKeep the store organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety guidelinesMaintain store standards and promote a positive team and customer environmentSupport promotional campaigns and new product launchesPerform opening and closing tasks as assignedFollow company procedures and Washington State cannabis regulationsAssist in other duties as assigned by the management teamRequired Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued IDMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularlyMust be able to pass a criminal background check (per Washington State regulations)Must provide full work and education history on applicationPreferred Qualifications: Prior cannabis retail, dispensary, or customer service experienceWorking knowledge of Washington State cannabis laws and regulationsCash handling and POS experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsFriendly and professional demeanorJob Details: Job Type: Part-time or Full-timePay Frequency: Bi-weeklyWork Location: In person (no remote work)Benefits: Store discountPaid time offPaid trainingOpportunities for advancementWork Environment & Culture: Supportive, fairness-focused teamDetail- and quality-driven operationCollaborative, people-first workplaceCOVID-19 safety procedures actively maintained (cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting)Powered by JazzHR
