Role Overview:Support analytical characterization of synthetic drug substances (small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides) through method development, testing, and data analysis in a drug discovery environment.Requirements:BS/MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or Chemical Engineering3+ years pharmaceutical/analytical experienceStrong knowledge of analytical chemistryHands-on experience with HPLC (required)Good problem-solving and communication skillsResponsibilities:Develop and execute HPLC methods (chiral/achiral)Perform analytical testing and data interpretationDocument experiments and summarize findingsTroubleshoot analytical and technical issuesSupport drug discovery and process chemistry teamsWork with advanced instruments (UHPLC-MS, GC, KF, UV, CAD)Preferred:Experience in chromatography and data reportingKnowledge of pharmaceutics and solid-state characterizationExposure to drug discovery environments
