Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and compliance with safety guidelines are essential.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures the safety and well-being of campers and program participantsCleans facilities, including equipment, spas, and saunasPrepares and maintains exercise and recreation equipment, courts, and climbing wall for daily usePerforms general office duties such as filing, sorting, and answering phonesAssists with work events and special Parks and Recreation programsLeads and supervises recreation programs for all ages across various Summit Recreation Center areas and at eventsEnsures adherence to all Summit membership guidelines and controlsServes meals and snacks to program participants as neededFollows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsCompletion of two (2) years of high schoolPreferred QualificationsOne (1) year of experience in related areaBilingual in English and SpanishCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsValid driver's licenseCPR and First aid or able to attain within 90 daysFood handler license or able to attain within 90 days
