Address: Dover, New JerseyDirect HireStaffing Recruiter Bilingual Spanish/English Required$42,000 $55,000 Annually, Commensurate with ExperiencePosition OverviewWarehouse Labor is seeking a driven and bilingual (Spanish/English) Staffing Recruiter to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for our workforce. This role is the engine behind our ability to attract, screen, place, and retain top candidates across our client accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, communicates fluently in both Spanish and English, and excels at building relationships with candidates, clients, and community partners alike.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for open positionsDevelop and post job descriptions in both Spanish and English across multiple recruitment channelsConduct bilingual phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managersMaintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep the candidate pipeline currentPerform reference checks and coordinate background screeningsExtend job offers and negotiate compensation within approved rangesBuild and maintain relationships with community organizations, job boards, and agencies serving bilingual populationsDrive sourcing initiatives using social media, job fairs, community outreach, and referral programsCandidate & Employee Support Coordinate new hire onboarding process in both Spanish and EnglishProcess new hire paperwork and I-9 verification; ensure completion of all required documentsRespond to candidate and employee inquiries in both Spanish and English regarding employment matters, compensation, and company policiesProvide bilingual support to ensure all candidates and employees fully understand their role, benefits, and expectationsAssist with termination documentation and conduct exit interviews as neededCompliance & Reporting Ensure EEO/AA compliance in all recruiting activitiesMaintain accurate recruiting and personnel records and documentationGenerate recruiting reports for management including time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity statisticsTranslate HR and recruiting communications and materials as neededStay current on employment law, recruiting best practices, and relevant legislationQualificationsRequired Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English written and verbal REQUIREDAbility to professionally communicate employment, compensation, and recruiting information in both languagesHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related HR functionUnderstanding of full-cycle recruiting processesExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Strong Microsoft Office skills, including ExcelExcellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and time managementAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyPreferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or equivalentExperience recruiting for bilingual or light industrial positionsSocial media recruiting and employer branding experienceExperience working within a staffing agency or temp labor environmentBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSkills & Competencies High level of confidentiality and professionalismStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and meet strict deadlinesExcellent cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skillsCustomer service orientation with ability to serve diverse populationsStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsAdaptability between administrative tasks and high-volume recruiting activityBenefits Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesNote: Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is an essential requirement for this position to effectively communicate with and support all members of our workforce and to reach and engage diverse candidate populations.Warehouse Labor Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensation details: 42000-55000 Yearly SalaryPI0e5e0f2f8612-26289-40386806
