Senior Product Manager / Product Owner – Merchant Services 📍 Chandler, AZ 85286 | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) 💲 $60–$62/hr 📅 12+ Month Contract | Possible ExtensionsWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to support a strategic digital initiative focused on building and enhancing merchant services applications. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can quickly ramp up, drive collaboration across teams, gather and translate complex requirements, and help deliver customer-focused digital experiences in a fast-paced enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in merchant services, digital product execution, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile collaboration. Previous experience in large financial services environments is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Act as both a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst supporting a strategic digital application initiative Gather and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Design, and Sales teams to define and deliver solutions Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, and operational rollout activities Facilitate stakeholder discussions, alignment sessions, and decision forums Create and maintain Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in Confluence Contribute to initiative status updates, reporting, and executive presentations Analyze customer journeys and application funnels to improve usability and operational efficiency Partner with technical teams to support integrations, APIs, backend workflows, and enterprise services Balance customer experience, business goals, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications:✔ Experience working in Merchant Services environments ✔ Strong Product Owner and/or Senior Business Analyst experience ✔ Requirements elicitation, discovery workshops, and business process analysis ✔ Experience with digital application flows and customer onboarding journeys ✔ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills ✔ Experience defining features, acceptance criteria, and conducting gap analysis ✔ Familiarity with APIs, integrations, backend systems, and enterprise architecture ✔ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile environments ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversightPreferred Qualifications:Experience within large enterprise financial services organizations Understanding of KYC, AML, compliance, and risk controls Journey mapping and funnel optimization experience KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision making Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience Experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot to improve workflow efficiency Key Skills:Product Ownership Business Analysis Merchant Services Digital Applications Stakeholder Management APIs & Integrations UX/UI & Customer Journey Mapping Agile Delivery Risk & Compliance Data Analysis & Reporting If you are a strategic thinker with strong merchant services and digital product experience who thrives in collaborative enterprise environments, we would love to connect with you!#ProductManager #ProductOwner #BusinessAnalyst #MerchantServices #DigitalProduct #Agile #Jira #Confluence #HybridJobs #FinancialServices #ProductManagement #Hiring #ChandlerAZ #ContractJobs #API #UX #BusinessAnalysisDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
