Project Engineer

About the Role:Project Engineer. Transdev North America, Inc. Provide on-field and office engineering support by performing construction and maintenance inspections and supervision of Transdev rail operations. Review bid proposal specifications, drawings and existing site conditions to determine the scope of rail work. Attend pre-bid meetings and actively participate in discussions regarding project requirements and expectations. Oversee the good faith effort process and effectively communicate the DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) requirements to the estimating team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, permits, and quality control records. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating smooth project execution. Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the Contract Administrator to ensure accurate and timely submission of bids.
